Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Service

Growie is a digital health-record and organization app designed to help parents and caregivers keep child health, development, routine, and history information in one place.

It is intended for tracking, organizing, and reminding. It is not a hospital, clinician, emergency service, or treatment provider.

2. Not Medical Advice

The app's content, reminders, summaries, charts, and AI outputs are provided for general informational use only.

Growie does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace a clinician, or manage emergencies. If you are worried about a child's health, you should contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

3. Your Account and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you enter into the app.

If you share access with another parent or caregiver, relevant child records may be visible to that shared account according to the app's sharing model.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Growie for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or privacy-invasive purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or misuse the infrastructure behind the app.

5. Notifications and Reminders

Notifications are supportive reminders only. We do not guarantee they will always arrive on time, appear on every device, or remain uninterrupted under all conditions.

For medication, appointments, and urgent health concerns, you should not rely solely on app notifications.

6. AI Features

AI features are available only when you explicitly enable them. They are intended to help summarize and explain health information in a user-friendly way.

AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific clinical situation, and they should not be treated as professional medical advice.

Growie AI access included in Premium plans is subject to reasonable usage limits, infrastructure safeguards, and availability controls designed to protect service quality, performance, security, and sustainability.

If usage exceeds normal operational thresholds during a billing period, AI access may be temporarily restricted until the next billing cycle.

7. Availability and Product Changes

Growie may evolve over time. Features may be added, revised, limited, or removed as the product changes.

Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, bug fixes, or infrastructure changes.

8. Data Deletion and Account Closure

Delete All Data removes in-app child profiles and related app records while keeping your account in place.

Delete Account removes the account and associated data. Some limited technical logs may remain for a short retention period in service infrastructure where reasonably necessary.

9. Reasonable Limits of Liability

Growie is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, absolute completeness, or perfect suitability for every use case.

To the extent reasonably permitted, we are not responsible for indirect losses, missed reminders, data entry mistakes, or decisions made solely on the basis of app content.
