Data handling
Growie stores the account, child profile and health-record information needed to provide the features you choose. Network traffic to supported production services is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Encrypted transport is not the same as end-to-end encryption, so Growie does not make that claim here. Service providers may process data where necessary to operate the product, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Access and sharing
Account authentication controls access to records. Optional biometric unlock and auto lock can add protection on a supported device.
Caregiver sharing is permission-based. Only share access with someone you trust, review their permissions and revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Deletion and incident reporting
In-app deletion controls can remove child data or close an account, subject to limited operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.
To report a privacy or security concern, contact admin@misalunalimited.com. Do not include sensitive child-health details in an unencrypted email.
Assurance claims
This page does not claim HIPAA compliance, GDPR compliance, SOC 2 certification or perfect security. Any future assurance statement must be supported by current legal review, applicable scope and evidence before publication.
