1. Data We Collect
Growie stores account information, parent profile details, child profiles, growth measurements, routines, medication records, symptoms, vaccinations, milestones, and other health records you create in the app.
For notifications, we also store technical device information such as token identifiers, timezone, and permission status.
2. Why We Use Your Data
We use this data to provide child health tracking, family sharing, charts, record history, reminders, and the core functionality of the app.
If you explicitly accept the AI feature, relevant data from the selected child may be used to generate AI responses.
3. Data Sharing
Growie does not sell your data for advertising.
Your data is only used by your account, any parent you explicitly share access with, and our service providers as needed to operate the product.
4. Security
Your data is stored in Firebase and transmitted over encrypted connections.
In-app protections such as biometric unlock and auto lock add device-level protection for your session.
5. Notifications
Based on your preferences, we may send cloud notifications for medications, appointments, symptom follow-ups, and shared child activity.
You can disable these at any time from Settings → Notifications.
6. Your Deletion Rights
Delete All Data removes your child profiles and related app data while keeping your account.
Delete Account removes your account and associated data entirely.
7. Children's Data
Growie is designed for parents and caregivers to manage child health information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the access you share.
